| New Community to Be Built Adjacent to Our Property |

As you may know, construction will begin this year on a new community directly adjacent to ours. The current plan calls for 17 single family homes and 11 townhomes. We are still unclear as to how their site map will match up with our community but we expect some impact on our residents, especially those on Pissaro Drive and Pissaro Court. We have reached out to establish a good working relationship with the builder and will update you as we get additional details.
